Denise Austin experience

today in aerobic dance, our teacher used a tape for us to do Yoga/pilates. and it was the most ridiculous thing of my life because Denise Austin is the biggest cheese head ever. ha. "Pilates for every body." so witty denise.

anyway, my favorite part was when we tucked our feet under our butts and she called us "beautiful mermaids."

wow.

and it's also fun after you are contorting yourself like a freak and she just wants to see that big smile. puh-lease.

so there's my first and hopefully last experience with pilates. thanks denise.
